At Mountain & Moon we understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied we will accept return of an unworn item on case by case basis, within 7 business days of the receipt of purchase. This does not include items purchased on sale or earrings (for hygiene reasons).
We attempt for all online images to be an accurate representation of each piece. The webstore zoom in feature is used for detail purposes & is not a to-scale representation. Please refer to product description for all lengths & sizing.
MM is not responsible for refunding an item if the customer has simply changed their mind or no longer wishes to follow through with the order.
MM will gladly replace a damaged product, caused by a manufacturing fault.
MM is not responsible for personal breakage, damage, wear & tear.
Returned items should be in the original condition as when it was received (including tags). If you wish to return an item, please email MM with the details and then post to the following address:

Please allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them.
Please note there will be no return of earrings under any circumstances due to health regulations. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. MM does not refund shipping costs for returned items; customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
If you are unsure as to whether your return has arrived, please check any tracking you may have used when posting the return back to us. MM is not liable for returned items lost in transit. For this reason it is the responsibility of the customer to register the returned package with Australia post or a courier and keep track of the registration number.
When you return an item we can offer you a store credit, or will refund the amount paid minus the original shipping costs. You will be notified by email once the refund or credit has been processed.
All products are quality checked extremely carefully by us at MM HQ, but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece. Returns must be notified within 2 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 7 days of the purchase date to be replaced, repaired or refunded. The item must also be returned in original condition with packaging & unworn.
Once your return has been received, your refund, exchange or repair will occur. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Exchanges are not possible for sale items, please choose carefully.
Wear and tear over time is normal & is not considered a fault. The jewellery and crystals are delicate and should be handled, stored & cleaned carefully (see below ‘Care of Jewellery). Please note: earrings cannot be exchanged due to health regulations.
VARIANCE IN JEWELLERY
Our jewellery is made by artisans of India. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, it may vary slightly from the photographs shown. We are not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of metals, crystals and stones. If you are concerned about any slight variance, please send Mountain & Moon an email and we will happily discuss any concerns with you.
CARE OF JEWELLERY
- Store each pieces of jewellery separately to avoid scratching
- Store jewellery away from heat or direct sunlight
- Remove jewellery when washing hands or using any harmful substances such as cleaning products
- Do not wear jewellery in swimming pools or while showering, as chlorine & extreme heat can damage the stones and/or plating.
